How to find out the size of my Chlorinator?

Serial number can be found on the back of the powerpack on a silver label.

The EOL message automatically appears at the 10,000 hours as an alert which means the cell has reached the end of the warranty period. However, this does not mean you require a new cell. If the cell can still produce 100% production the cell is still usable.

Further testing may be required. Contact your pool professional.

Allow 1 gram for every 2000ltrs of pool water, eg: 50 000ltr = 25grams

Mineral salts 3500 to 4000 ppm and sodium salts 3500 to 7000ppm

Extreme series Power pack comes with 4 years warranty, and cell for 4 years or 10,000 (whichever comes first).   Both domestic and commercial.

Pro-lite Series

Powerpack and cell come with a 3 year warranty in domestic application powerpack and cell. Commercial powerpack and cell come with a 1 year warranty.
